Night off!
Well if any of you are lucky enough to live near your parents or in-laws, then you all know how nice it is to not have to cook when they invite you over. Personally my in-laws are the best cooks around. They were born in China, spend a large part of their adolescence in Brazil and moved to the US for college. They owned several restaurants and now retired cook a family dinner for us every weekend. What a blessing it is to have a Night Off from then kitchen!
What did we eat? Oh right, they made Curry Chicken with Jasmine rice and broccoli. D-lish!
